Need to Replace a Detroit NOx Sensor?

You’ll find replacements for your inlet (A0101531928) or outlet (A0101532328) Detroit NOx sensor in our aftermarket catalogue. We test our replacement nitrogen oxide sensors thoroughly to ensure they meet OEM standards for compatibility, reliability, and performance! Our inlet NOx sensor NOX-DXX-009 is a direct-fit replacement for your upstream Detroit NOx sensor A0101531928. Our outlet NOx sensor NOX-DXX-005 is a plug-and-play replacement for your downstream Detroit NOx sensor A0101532328.

Which Detroit Engines Are Roadwarrior NOx Sensors Compatible With?

Both of our replacement Detroit NOx sensors are suitable for DD13, DD15 and DD16 engines. Our selection of aftermarket replacements also includes upgrades for your Detroit DPF, DOC, gasket or one-box.

What is a NOx Sensor?

Most semitrucks have two NOx sensors—one on either side of the SCR—that measure NOx levels in their exhaust! The upstream/ inlet NOx sensor measures NOx levels before the SCR and tells the ECU how much DEF to inject. The downstream/ outlet NOx sensor measures NOx levels after the SCR. The ECU then uses this data to confirm how well the SCR is performing and whether to increase DEF input. This helps the SCR reduce toxic nitrogen oxide particles in your semitruck’s exhaust gas!

Why Choose Roadwarrior NOx Sensors?

A lot of OTR drivers are wary of investing in aftermarket nitrogen oxide sensors, and we understand why. That’s why we focus so much on building trust with our customers by providing OEM-quality products and making it easy to return faulty parts! Our links to DCL International mean we benefit from the best aftertreatment research and the highest-quality materials, and this benefit is passed on to our customers. We show our belief in our products through our hassle-free warranty, and our customer service team are always happy to help if you have any issues or concerns! By doing this, we’ve built up a reputation for quality and the largest aftermarket catalogue in the market!

Once we take quality concerns out of the mix, customers can enjoy the benefits of lower costs and shorter wait times that come with a reliable aftermarket supplier! With 13 warehouses spread across North America, our most popular parts are usually available for next-day delivery. You can order your replacement Detroit NOx sensor (A0101531928 or A0101532328) through your dealer or on our website. You can also order parts direct through our sales team on 1-877-897-9759! What Problems do Detroit NOx Sensors Have?

NOx sensors have to be extremely sensitive to pick up on the changing particular levels in your exhaust, and this unfortunately means they can become contaminated quite easily. If your DD15 NOx sensor is playing up, the most likely cause is soot contamination from the aftertreatment system! If it has become smothered, it’s likely to provide inaccurate readings and trigger a fault code! Your DD15 NOx sensor could also be damaged by moisture from the exhaust, or by exposure to moisture when it was being replaced, so you’ll want to be aware of this when installing an upgrade!

Better Coating, Better Performance.

Roadwarrior is the only manufacturer to use Metalcor® catalyst technology across its entire range of Diesel Oxidation Catalysts (DOCs) and Selective Catalytic Reduction catalysts (SCRs). Metalcor® catalysts feature high activity catalyst coatings fused to thinner, stronger, catalyst substrates to guarantee maximum performance under the harshest conditions.

Metalcor® catalyst coatings are designed and produced in our own labs. We then inspect each unit to ensure you get more fuel efficiency, lower consumption of DEF, and long term performance from your heavy duty engine!

Roadwarrior Has You Covered!

All Roadwarrior emissions parts carry a full value 12 month warranty.

LightningVolt lithium batteries carry a full value 30 month warranty.

To make the process hassle-free, our parts have a metal nameplate with the serial number, so even after 500,000 miles of service, it’s still easy to identify. This avoids the common problem of serial numbers printed on stickers that burn off after the first start-up, making them impossible to return. Our failsafe system allows us to work in your interests, honouring claims for on-road and off-road replacements, and giving you peace of mind.

And since Roadwarrior parts are designed to meet or exceed OEM specifications, you can rest easy knowing our direct fit parts will take the problems out of your aftertreatment without interfering with your OEM warranty.

Next Day Is Nice, Same Day is Better!

A faulty emissions control system can cost you thousands in wasted man-hours as your heavy equipment sits in the shop awaiting a new part. Whether it’s a truck behind on orders, a bus that can’t take passengers, or heavy machinery delaying construction deadlines, Roadwarrior can get you moving again!

Roadwarrior has twelve warehouses across the U.S.A. and Canada, which can deliver the most popular aftertreatment parts in 1-2 days. With over 1,000 DPFs, DOCs and SCRs on offer, Roadwarrior offers the largest aftertreatment catalogue.
